2026 夏季内部团体联赛章程

一、联赛时间

联赛时间:2026 年 7 月 13 至 9 月 30 日

比赛于 July-013-2026  开始,每组每周进行一轮比赛。

二、组队方式

  1. 每队由 3 至 5 名队员组成(含队长 1 名)。
  2. 每轮比赛须至少 3 名正式队员出场。
  3. 每个组别最少 8 支队伍、最多 16 支队伍参赛。

如报名不足 8 支队伍,组委会有权取消该组别或与其他组别合并。

三、分级制度

本联赛设 A、B  2个组别。

1.组队积分规则(开球网积分)

  • Division A:队内最高积分的 3 名球员总分不得超过 5400 分
  • Division B:队内最高积分的 3 名球员总分不得超过 4750 分

13 岁以下青少年球员,经组委会审核同意后,可参加任何组别赛事。

2.球员积分标准

采用“开球网”积分系统作为参考标准。

无开球网积分的球员,可由各队队长参考 TTCAN 等赛事积分及过往成绩进行初步评估,并填写于报名表中。如出现争议,由赛事组委会作最终裁定。

欢迎未评级球员报名参赛或申请现场评估。

四、比赛赛制

1.比赛形式

联赛采用团体循环赛形式进行。是否增设淘汰赛,将视报名队伍数量而定。

每轮比赛共进行 7 场:

单打、单打、双打、双打、单打、单打、单打

每轮比赛须完成全部七场赛事。

双方队长协商一致后,可适当调整比赛顺序。

双打组合可自由安排,但同一对组合不得重复参加两场双打。

每名球员每轮最多出场 3 次,其中单打不得超过 2 场。

每轮比赛开始前,双方队长须提交出场名单及比赛顺序。名单确认后,未经双方同意不得随意更改或临时替补。

2.比赛时间安排

  • A组:每周一晚上 7:00 ( Start at July 13th)
  • B组:每周三晚上 7:00 ( Start at July 15th)

如遇公众假期或特殊情况,当轮比赛可能顺延至下一周举行。

3.积分制度

每轮比赛:

  • 胜方:2 分
  • 负方:1 分
  • 弃权:0 分

弃权队伍该轮按 0:7 计算。

若积分相同,则依次比较:

  1. 双方对赛成绩
  2. 团体胜负场差
  3. 局数差
  4. 得失分差

4.迟到及弃权规则

比赛开始后 30 分钟内,如参赛队伍仍未凑齐 3 名正式队员,则按弃权处理。

为保持比赛娱乐性,经双方队长同意后,可安排替补球员完成比赛,但弃权结果仍然有效。

5.比赛规则

  • 每场比赛采用五局三胜制
  • 每局 11 分制
  • 10 平后须领先 2 分方可获胜

除本章程特别规定外,其余规则均依照国际乒乓球联合会(ITTF)现行规则执行。

如出现争议,由赛事裁判长及组委会作最终裁定。

五、比赛用球

比赛采用双方认可之比赛用球。

如有需要,赛事组委会可提供 Butterfly R40+ 三星比赛球。

六、赛事顾问及裁判

七、赛事奖项

🏆 A组

  • 第一名:$600 + 奖牌
  • 第二名:$500 + 奖牌
  • 第三名:$400 + 奖牌
  • 第四名:$300
  • 第五至六名:$100

🏆 B组

  • 第一名:$400 + 奖牌
  • 第二名:$350 + 奖牌
  • 第三名:$300 + 奖牌
  • 第四名:$250
  • 第五至六名:$100

如报名队伍不足 10 支,组委会有权根据实际情况调整奖金设置。

八、报名方式

各队须提交报名表并缴付全部报名费用后,方可确认参赛资格。

十一、赛后交流活动

每轮比赛结束后,俱乐部卡拉 OK 厅将开放 30 分钟“复盘茶会”。

现场免费提供茶水及小食品,欢迎各队球友交流球技、增进友谊。

十二、体育精神

所有参赛球员应秉持“友谊第一、比赛第二”的体育精神,尊重裁判及对手。

任何不文明行为,组委会有权给予警告、扣分或取消参赛资格。

十三、附则

本章程如有未尽事宜,阳光国际乒乓球俱乐部 2026 内部联赛组委会保留最终解释权,并有权随时补充或修订相关规则。

2026 Summer Team League Regulations

1. League Schedule

League Period: July 13 – September 30, 2026

The league will begin on July 13, 2026, with each division playing one team match per week.


2. Team Registration

  • Each team shall consist of 3 to 5 players, including one team captain.
  • A minimum of 3 registered players must participate in each team match.
  • Each division requires a minimum of 8 teams and allows a maximum of 16 teams.

If fewer than 8 teams register in a division, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel or merge that division.


3. Divisions & Rating Requirements

The league consists of Division A and Division B, .

3.1 Team Rating Limits (Kaiqiuwang Ratings)

  • Division A: The combined Kaiqiuwang ratings of the team’s top three highest-rated players must not exceed 5,400.
  • Division B: The combined Kaiqiuwang ratings of the team’s top three highest-rated players must not exceed 4,750.

Players under the age of 13 may participate in any division with approval from the Organizing Committee.

3.2 Player Ratings

The Kaiqiuwang Rating System will be used as the official reference.

Players without a Kaiqiuwang rating should provide an estimated rating based on TTCAN ratings and previous tournament results. Team captains should include the estimated rating on the registration form.

Any rating disputes will be determined by the Organizing Committee, whose decision shall be final.

Unrated players are welcome to register and may request an on-site evaluation.


4. Competition Format

4.1 Match Format

The league will be played in a round-robin team format. A playoff stage may be added depending on the number of participating teams.

Each team match consists of 7 matches in the following order:

  1. Singles
  2. Singles
  3. Doubles
  4. Doubles
  5. Singles
  6. Singles
  7. Singles
  • All seven matches must be completed.
  • Team captains may adjust the playing order by mutual agreement.
  • Doubles pairings may be arranged freely; however, the same doubles pair may not play in both doubles matches.
  • Each player may compete in a maximum of three matches, including no more than two singles matches.
  • Before each team match begins, both captains must submit their lineups and match order. Once confirmed, changes or substitutions are not permitted unless both captains agree.

4.2 Match Schedule

Division A

  • Every Monday at 7:00 PM
  • Starting July 13, 2026

Division B

  • Every Wednesday at 7:00 PM
  • Starting July 15, 2026

Matches affected by public holidays or special circumstances may be postponed to the following week.

4.3 Team Standings

For each team match:

  • Win: 2 points
  • Loss: 1 point
  • Forfeit: 0 points

A forfeited match will be recorded as a 0–7 team loss.

If two or more teams are tied in standings, rankings will be determined in the following order:

  1. Head-to-head result
  2. Team match differential
  3. Individual game differential
  4. Total points differential

4.4 Late Arrival & Forfeits

If a team cannot field at least three registered players within 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the team will forfeit the match.

To maintain a friendly atmosphere, substitute players may participate with the agreement of both team captains; however, the official result will remain a forfeit.

4.5 Match Rules

  • Best of five games
  • 11-point games
  • At 10-10, a player must lead by 2 points to win.

Unless otherwise specified in these regulations, all matches shall follow the current International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) Rules.

Any disputes will be decided by the Chief Referee and the Organizing Committee, whose decision is final.


5. Match Ball

The official match ball shall be mutually agreed upon by both teams.

If necessary, the Organizing Committee will provide Butterfly R40+ Three-Star competition balls.


6. Awards

Division A

🥇 1st Place — $600 + Medals

🥈 2nd Place — $500 + Medals

🥉 3rd Place — $400 + Medals

4th Place — $300 

5th and 6th Place – $100

Division B

🥇 1st Place — $450 + Medals

🥈 2nd Place — $350 + Medals

🥉 3rd Place — $300 + Medals

4th Place — $250

5th and 6th Place – $100

If fewer than 10 teams register in a division, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the prize structure accordingly.


7. Registration

Teams will be officially accepted only after submitting the registration form and paying the full registration fee.

Registration Fees

Division B

Members

  • First 3 players: $65 per player
  • Additional players: $60 per player

Non-Members

  • First 3 players: $120 per player
  • Additional players: $110 per player

Division A

Add $10 per player to the corresponding Division C fee.

All registration fees include court rental for league matches.

11. Post-Match Social Gathering

Following each round of league play, the club’s Karaoke Lounge will be open for a 30-minute “Match Review & Tea Gathering.”

Complimentary tea and light refreshments will be provided. Players are encouraged to socialize, discuss matches, and strengthen friendships.


12. Sportsmanship

All participants are expected to uphold the spirit of “Friendship First, Competition Second.”

Players must respect opponents, officials, and fellow participants.

Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in warnings, point deductions, or disqualification at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.


13. Final Provisions

The 2026 Sunny International Table Tennis Club Summer League Organizing Committee reserves the right to interpret, amend, or supplement these regulations at any time.
